WE ARE UPGRADING DOLLAR TREE from Market Perform to Outperform following the
company's third-quarter earnings release yesterday.
Shares have declined almost 40% since early September on a re-valuation of this
business, which is now priced at a mere 11 times next 12 months earnings per
share, or 5.4 times last 12 months earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation
and amortization.
